Heathcote Health provides a vital service to our small community and, to continue the development of health services for Heathcote and district residents and visitors, has developed a fundraising and social connection project entitled ‘The Big Tree Project’. This project has been designed to help expand health services in the Heathcote area through a variety of fundraising initiatives and social connection events. Funds raised are used to purchase medical equipment, support the introduction of enhanced health services and expand existing services. The project will involve raising funds to achieve these goals through community based events, grant applications, government funding and corporate sponsorship. The Big Tree Project was officially launched in May 2013 and since then has raised over $30,000.
