Permanent Part Time – 48 hours per fortnight
Heathcote Health is seeking a suitable person to work as the Coordinator of its Social Support Group, to lead the planning, development and delivery of a program that provides a range of social support and activity options that maintain and enhance the physical, emotional and social well- being and independence of older persons, frail aged and people with disabilities based on their individual needs and interests.
The ideal candidate with have the ability to coordinate and facilitate the provision and development of a program of social support activities designed to meet the individual goals of clients. Coordinate client centered program planning and implement activity programs, ensuring that activities reflect the needs and expectations of the individual client.
It is requirement for this role to have at a minimum Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure or working towards.
